Do you check references?

Yes, we check references world-wide beginning in New Zealand and Australia in the morning and ending up with America in the afternoon. References are checked in depth and at length.

Are the girls experienced or qualified?

We have both. While we greatly value qualifications we also know that experience is very valuable too. A good nanny must love children and she needs to express good qualities such as honesty, reliability, conscientiousness, intelligence, capability and security. Whatever her qualifications or experience we are particularly interested in a nanny's character

Where do you get your girls from?

Nannies come from all over the world. We often have antipodeans and girls from the EEC as well as British nannies but we also have nannies from other countries who have a valid work visa. We advertise in The Lady, TNT, Nursery World, The Professional Nanny and a few other publications for nannies but we also get many coming in because we have been recommended by other nannies.

Do we belong to a professional organisation?

Yes, REC, the Recruitment and Employment Confederation works on our behalf insisting on high standards of recruitment practice.

Do we support the families and girls through out employment?

Yes. We aim to be available to families and nannies at all times. Clients can phone us whenever necessary For the nannies we have a group that meets on a regular basis so that our nannies need never feel lonely.
