Jean set up Top Notch Nannies ten years ago after a career in teaching. She has two children, now grown up, and in teaching has had experience of dealing with children of all ages. Jean is regularly interviewed by the media on child care issues and has appeared on national and international TV programmes, local and national radio programmes and has been quoted in national newspapers and magazines.
